About aftenstorm
Aftenstorm is a 3-piece dark heathen folk band based in Budapest hailing from Norway, France and Hungary.
Their unique brand of entertainment fuses an ancient Nordic sound, tenor vocals with primal drums and haunting Tagelharpa melodies that will make your mind travel back in time and dance around a majestic bonfire.
They released their first EP "Ondt blot" in December 2022. The band released their first music video "Farvel mitt hjem" on the 17th of May 2024. Followed by their first LP named Din Jotna Faen on 20th of September 2024.

Din Jotna Faen is our latest release.
It is carefully divided into three parts.
1. How we perceive the world and the emotions around it.
2. Experimental tagelharpa playing and sounds that are different from what we have previously played.
3. Harder songs with the real raw power that is expected of Aftenstorm to have.

The instrumentals were composed to take you 1000 years back in time, whereas the lyrics are aout modern issues and topics from a modern Norse Pagan point of view.
Ondt Blot was what kickstarted Aftenstorms career and what helped Aftenstorm to get an online presence on Social Media.
